I've been using it for a while now, and using it more and more each day: Windows Live Mesh. This is a great solution for managing and synchronizing multiple PC's, for example a desktop and laptop, and even more PC's.

Live Mesh allows you to synchronize folders between all computers in your Mesh. It features a so called Live Desktop, which can store 5 GB of files to be synchronized. I started using it as a solution for synchronizing my Internet Explorer favorites, since the new Live Toolbar no longer supported favorites sync. I simply set up my favorites folder as a folder to sync and so far it works just fine.

Another very handy feature is Remote Connection: It allows you to remotely connect to any desktop in your Mesh as if you were in front of it.

It's really worth a try!
